Common questions
What counts as a governed AI?
Each AI assistant or agent you connect to yae and set rules for. If your team uses Claude and you also run a custom finance agent, that’s two.
Do we pay for each person who approves?
No. Plans are priced by the AIs you govern, not by the people who approve or review.
How do the plans differ?
How many AIs and systems you govern, and who runs yae. Solo and Starter are built for one owner who sets the rules and approves: Solo is free, Starter governs more. On Team several people can, and with three admins you can require two of them to agree before any AI gets more power. The protections are the same on every plan.
Is Solo really free?
Yes. Solo needs no payment details and doesn’t expire. Each person can have one free organisation, while free places last. When you need more AIs or systems, move up to Starter or Team.
Why are prices shown in Rand?
yae launches in South Africa first, so our prices are set in Rand. As we add other currencies, the site will show prices for where you’re viewing from. Outside South Africa? Email us at hello@yae.digital.
What if a payment on our account fails?
Your rules stay on. We may pause new setup until it’s sorted, but your AI never runs unrestricted because of a billing problem.
Can we cancel, and do you give refunds?
Paid plans aren’t available to buy yet. Once they are, you can cancel at any time by emailing hello@yae.digital. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, even if you’ve started using yae. Read our refund and cancellation policy.
